eCustomer Service provides an easy and secure way to view your credit card account information online. With this service you can view your account information, transactions and make your payment all from the convenience of your computer.

What information is needed to use eCustomer Service?
You will be asked to provide certain personal information pertaining to your First Commonwealth Bank Credit Card account. This information authenticates you and provides you with the correct account information.

What security measures does this service use?
We use advanced encryption techniques, including Secure Socket Layer technology, to protect the information you provide to us over the Internet. You can tell that the session is secure when you see a locked padlock displayed on the page of most browser windows. In addition, before displaying any transaction activity information online, we verify the identity of the cardholder using the sign in or enrollment information.

How much does it cost to view my transaction activity online?
This is a free service provided to you as a feature of your First Commonwealth Bank Credit Card.

What account information can I see online?
You can view account summary information, transaction activity since your last statement, and your monthly transaction activity for the current billing cycle as well as three previous billing cycles.

What payment options are available online?
You can make a one-time payment or set up monthly payments in the Payments section. To avoid incurring finance charges or other fees on your First Commonwealth Bank Credit Card, you must schedule a payment sufficiently in advance of the payment due date. You must schedule the payment in accordance with the instructions displayed on the "Make Payment" screens.

Can I cancel a one-time payment after I made the payment online?
Yes, if it is before 5PM Eastern Time on the same day you made the payment. To cancel a payment, go to Payments then select View Scheduled Payments. Click "Pending" next to the payment to open the payment page then click "Cancel Payment". Please call our Engagement Center at 1-800-711-BANK (2265) with any questions pertaining to a one-time payment.

Can I cancel automatic payments once I have activated this service?
Yes, go to Payments then select Monthly Auto-Pay. On the Monthly Auto-Pay screen select Turn Auto-Pay Off. By turning Auto-Pay off, you have cancelled future recurring payments. In some cases, you may have cancelled the current month���s credit card payment and you may be required to make your payment by other means, e.g. by mailing or calling in the payment in order to avoid finance charges and other fees on your credit card. Please call our Engagement Center at 1-800-711-BANK (2265) with any questions pertaining to the timing of payment cancellation.

How do I view payment history on my account?
To view your payment history, go to Payments then select Payment History.

If I use eCustomer Service, will I still get a paper statement in the mail?
Yes, unless you enroll in credit card eStatements. To enroll in credit card eStatements, go to Statements then select Change Delivery Method.

How do I receive alerts on my credit card account?
Go to Alerts then select Manage Alert Preference to designate your credit card account alerts.

Who do I contact if I have an issue with a transaction within my online transaction activity?
If you have questions about transactions on your account or any other account information, please call our Engagement Center at 1-800-711-BANK (2265).

What if my First Commonwealth Bank Credit Card is lost or stolen?
If you have a lost or stolen First Commonwealth Bank Credit Card, immediately notify our Engagement Center at 1-800-711-BANK (2265). For after hours, please call our automated banking line at 1-800-711-BANK (2265) and select the option to report a lost or stolen card.

What if there are unauthorized charges on my account?
If you have unauthorized charges on your account, immediately notify our Engagement Center at 1-800-711-BANK (2265).

What if I want to dispute a charge on my statement?
If you have a problem with the quality of goods or services that you have purchased or you have not received goods or services ordered with your First Commonwealth Bank Credit Card, and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant, you can either notify our Engagement Center at 1-800-711-BANK (2265) or submit a dispute using eCustomer Service. To dispute a transaction online, go to Transaction History then select Dispute Transaction.

How many payments can I make?
There is no limit to the number of payments that may be made in any given month, except that the total amount of payments made for a First Commonwealth Bank Credit Card are limited to the outstanding balance owed on the account. All other payments above the outstanding balance may not be authorized.

Where do I send my payments?
Please mail your First Commonwealth Bank Credit Card payment via regular mail to:

Please include your credit card account number on your check. To make a payment online, go to Payments then select Make Payment. You may also make a payment at a First Commonwealth Bank Office or call our automated telephone payment service at 1-800-711-BANK (2265).
